As a Student Success Advisor at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, you will support and guide students through their academic journey, fostering a positive educational environment that promotes student achievement and retention. You will collaborate closely with students, faculty, and staff to identify student needs and provide resources and assistance that promote academic success and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic advising and personalized support to students to ensure successful program completion. Monitor student progress, attendance, and performance; identify students needing additional assistance and implement intervention strategies. Facilitate student engagement through workshops, orientations, and activities. Collaborate with faculty and staff to address student needs and retention strategies. Maintain accurate records of student advising interactions and monitor outcomes. Assist students in accessing campus resources such as tutoring, counseling, and career services. Requirements Experience in academic advising, student support, or related roles; experience in beauty education is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse student population. Ability to identify student challenges and develop appropriate support plans. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to student success.
