Galesburg Community Unit School District #205 has initiated the process to identify its next Superintendent to replace our current Superintendent, who is retiring after ten years of dedicated service. Galesburg Community Unit School District 205 serves families across Knox and Warren counties. The district is centrally located in the heart of the Midwest, approximately 175 miles southwest of Chicago and 184 miles northeast of St. Louis. Home to a community of roughly 30,000 residents, the district remains dedicated to modernizing its environment.
