  • flexible schedule Bradley University Advancement Services is seeking dedicated student workers to serve as Office Support.
In this role, student workers will be assigned various office tasks as needed to support the administrative functions of the department. Key Responsibilities Copying, scanning, and filing documents Performing data entry into the Raiser s Edge database Writing thank you letters to donors Other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications A warm and welcoming attitude that promotes a positive work environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to focus on repetitive tasks Familiarity with applications like Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail. Ability to learn new software quickly Ability to keep donor and alumni information confidential and abide by proper data security guidelines Ability to stick to a pre-agreed upon schedule (two to three days a week for 3-4 hours per shift) Eligibility This opportunity is open to any current Bradley undergraduate students of all majors.
