Qualifications:

Valid and appropriate Indiana administrators license Previous successful administrative experience Demonstrated ability to work at the middle school level Strong background in curriculum and instruction including knowledge of best practices and current educational research Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and how to foster academic growth through the PLC process Proven ability to foster positive school climate Ability to work with community partners Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of populations and build positive relationships Effective communication skills with students, staff and parents Ability to lead by building trust, promoting accountability and being responsive to the needs of the school community All interested candidates should submit the following: Letter of intent At least three letters of recommendation Online application Resume
