Job Summary Chesterton Utility is seeking a dedicated, experienced and reliable Wastewater professional to join our team as Assistant Utility Superintendent. The selected candidate will have experience as a strategic leader with strong managerial skills and financial acumen, preferably in a sewer or water utility, with successes in increasing operational efficiencies, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The candidate must be able to achieve a fairly swift and seamless transition into the role of Utility Superintendent.
