Online School Director North Central Parke Comm Schl Corp Rockville, IN Full-time Full-time Job Description Administrative Staff Position Director of Parke Heritage Connect Academy Reports to Superintendent Salary/Days/Benefits Determined by the Board-Commensurate with Experience Summary Lead Administrator K-12 for Virtual School Programs Administrative Staff Education/License/Experience Requirements Current Indiana Administrator License with experience preferrred.
Required:
Masters Degree in Education or a Related Field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Such additional qualifications as the Board or the State of Indiana shall require Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Oversee virtual teachers and curriculum facilitators 2. Build schedules for each learning level 3. Develop policies, procedures, and student handbooks for each developmental stage 4. Collaborate with Curriculum Coordinator and Technology Director to secure materials and resources 5. Track enrollment, attendance, and student records in student management system 6. Create family parlnerships with frequent checkpoints and/or conferences 7. Establish recruitment practices and virtual academy advertisements 8. Work alongside guidance counselors to ensure students are selecting robust courses in addition to appropriate graduation pathways 9. Point person for training, support, and troubleshooting with platform companies 1 0. Schedule onsite testing in accordance with the CTC for elementary, middle, and high school students 1 1, Ensure Child Find, 504 and IEP referrals or plans are funneled to special education and cooperative staff 12. Provide in person activity calendars for events such as; field trips, family events, student activities 13. Collarborate with all other corporation administrators 14. Design and lead research-based professional development for digial educators and paraprofessionals 15.Grant Lifecycle Stewardship:
Act as the district's primary architect for Indiana Depaftment of Education (IDOE) grants, overseeing the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) and managing the full lifecycle of Titles I, II, III, and IV. 16.Fiduciary Collaboration:
Paftner with the Corporation Treasurer to align federal funding with district wide strategic goals, ensuring compliance with "Supplement, Not Supplant" rules and managing annual audits. 17. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to workwith mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical sitttations.REASONING ABILITY
Abitity to define problems, collect data, establishfacts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract or concrete variables. OTHER SKILLS andABILITIES
Must be able to speak on demand to large groups of people. Must be able to transport betweenschool buildings, districts andcities. Ability to apply knowledge of currentresearchand theory in specific fietd. Abitity to establish and maintain ffictive working relationships with students, staff and the school community. Abitity to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communication. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies'PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
