Eastern Bartholomew County Water Seeking Experienced and Motivated Candidates About the Opportunity The Eastern Bartholomew County Water Corporation is currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background drinking water treatment and distribution, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence. Salary Compensation will be based upon experience but will range between $69,264 and $84,655.annually. Key Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise and motivate employees.
- Meet and converse with the public regarding water consumption and quality and service issues
- Must have a working knowledge of budgeting, purchasing and financial controls.

- The Assistant Water Superintendent works under the supervision of the Water Superintendent Qualifications
- WT-3 Certification (Indiana) or ability to obtain
- DS-L Certification (Indiana) or ability to obtain
- High School graduation or GED equivalent required
- Advanced Education / College Degree desired but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
