Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Day School Director to lead our educational community with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the school, foster a vibrant learning environment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education that inspires students and supports staff. Your leadership will shape the school's vision, cultivate a positive culture, and drive continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of our students and families. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader dedicated to educational excellence and community engagement. Responsibilities Ability and willingness to work alongside the education committee board. Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote student engagement, critical thinking, and holistic development. Lead strategic planning initiatives to set long-term goals aligned with the school's mission and values. Manage the school's budget effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while investing in programs that enhance student learning experiences. Oversee all aspects of education administration, including faculty hiring, professional development, performance evaluations, and supervision of teaching staff. Foster a collaborative environment by supervising staff, supporting their growth, and maintaining high standards of classroom instruction. Engage actively with parents, community members, and stakeholders through public speaking engagements and regular communication to build strong relationships. Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within a school setting. Strong background in curriculum development and instructional design tailored to diverse student needs. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing resources effectively. Extensive management experience with a focus on supervising staff and fostering team collaboration. Hands-on classroom teaching experience with students across various age groups is highly desirable. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to inspire confidence among staff, students, and community members.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
