Requirements Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and working directly with students. Demonstrated success in curriculum development and implementing innovative instructional strategies. Extensive management experience including supervising teams, managing budgets, and leading strategic initiatives. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire staff, students, and community stakeholders. Excellent public speaking skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Experience in fundraising efforts to support school programs and infrastructure projects. Knowledge of education policies, accreditation standards, and best practices in classroom management. Compensation starting at $67,600.00 based on Position, Education and Experience.
