Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead our educational institution with passion, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to staff, students, and the wider school community, setting clear goals aligned with the institution's mission. Develop and oversee comprehensive curriculum plans that promote innovative teaching methods and meet educational standards. Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance school programs, facilities, and community engagement efforts. Manage the school's budget effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting educational priorities. Foster a collaborative environment by supervising faculty and staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities. Engage in fundraising activities to secure resources for school programs, infrastructure improvements, and extracurricular activities. Represent the school at public events, community meetings, and conferences through compelling public speaking and advocacy efforts. Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations while maintaining high standards of safety and student welfare. Requirements Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and working directly with students. Demonstrated success in curriculum development and implementing innovative instructional strategies. Extensive management experience including supervising teams, managing budgets, and leading strategic initiatives. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire staff, students, and community stakeholders. Excellent public speaking skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Experience in fundraising efforts to support school programs and infrastructure projects. Knowledge of education policies, accreditation standards, and best practices in classroom management. Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation starting at $67,600.00 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401k (plus company match) provided for full-time employees Limited medical offered for part-time workers Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
