April 27, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 School Aide (Paraprofessional) to provide individual support for a middle school student who requires additional assistance throughout the school day. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in special education who are passionate about supporting student success in an academic setting. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support to a middle school student requiring extra assistance Support the student's academic, behavioral, and social needs Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure a positive learning environment Follow individualized plans and classroom expectations Requirements Prior experience in special education Ability to work consistently on-site during scheduled hours Resume required for submission Client (school) interview required

Minimum Requirements:
