Job Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Working knowledge of office procedures and operation of common office equipment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented;
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in dealing with classified information;
- Ability to use tact, diplomacy, and judgment when working with a variety of constituencies;
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help others;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Flexible and able to change priorities quickly;
- Excellent computer skills (Google Workplace, Drive, PowerSchool, Canva)
