Immediately Job Description Athletic Director Buckfield Junior/Senior High School(9-12) is seeking a dedicated and organized Grades 6-12 Athletic Director (Stipend Position) to oversee and coordinate the school's interscholastic athletics program. The Athletic Director will provide leadership for approximately 20 athletic teams and 20 coaches, while ensuring that all athletic programs operate safely, effectively, and in alignment with school policies, league requirements, and Maine Principals' Association (MPA) regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who builds positive relationships with students, families, coaches, school staff, and community members and who understands the important role athletics plays in developing student-athletes.
