QUALIFICATIONS

Michigan Certification with a ZA or ZS Endorsement or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood or child development with a specialization in preschool teaching Must comply with State, and Federal laws and regulations Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education and/or Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS

Dependable and reliable Knowledge of Creative curriculum preferred but not required Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to develop positive relationships with students, families and staff

DUTIES:

Responsible for the instructional program for 4 year old children Coordinate parent and community volunteers in the classroom Home visits and conferences with families Maintain lesson plans and individual student records Other duties as assigned
