Monday-Friday 7:15 am - 3:45 pm, 210 days/year.
Qualifications:
Class III Middle School Office Specialist position available. This is a 210 day position with work hours of 7:15 a.m. - 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, enjoy working collaboratively, and possess average to above average technology skills. This position is responsible for managing student attendance and supporting the assistant principal with student discipline, middle school sports, and activities. Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
Pay Rate/Range:
$23.67/hr. - $25.54/hr.

Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to families, students, and staff is a top priority in this role. Responsibilities include monitoring, tracking, and reporting student attendance, as well as supporting the assistant principal with paperwork related to student discipline. This position also assists the assistant principal with calendar management, word processing, and collaboration with the principal's administrative assistant.
