Summary:
Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Principal is responsible for providing educational leadership and management oversight of building personnel in implementing educational programming, curriculum, instruction, safety and district policies and procedures within the building. Duties include responsibilities for coordinating the hiring of all staff; evaluating instructional personnel; implementing and overseeing building budget(s); coordinating and implementing district initiatives within the building; performing community/public relations activities in addressing and resolving issues, concerns and programs of the middle school with staff, parents, administration and the community. Required Qualifications:
Masters/Specialist degree in educational administration, plus appropriate administrative licensure in the state of Minnesota or have the qualifications to obtain an appropriate Minnesota Principal license no later than July 1, 2026 3-5 years of licensed educational experience at the school level Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in a wide variety of professional settings to all stakeholders, including parents, staff, students, community members and fellow administrators Strong knowledge in learning processes, models, theories and educational technologies, trends, developments and best practices Proven leadership and conflict management skills, as well as basic and advanced human relations methods and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
Administrative experience Experience with Special Education processes and compliance

Pay:
Pay range $119,000•$126,000, benefits per the Sartell Principals Association Agreement.
