Position Description:
This position reports to the Director of Student Services and facilitates the daily operations of special education programming for students with disabilities by developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating all district programs according to State and Federal law. The position focuses on site level support to ensure that instructional practices, due process procedures, and service delivery aligns with district standards and legal requirements.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education. Master's degree or Specialist Degree or equivalent in Special Education required. Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed professional working in the field of special education required. Administrative experience preferred Minnesota Special Education License and License from the PELSB required.Director of Special Education License Required Benefits:
