Qualifications Knowledge of school age child development, and knowledge/experience planning and implementing activities for school age children (grades K-5). Must be at least 16 years of age and be able to lift 25-40 pounds if needed. An ability to effectively supervise and plan experiences for school age children. Ability to work within a teaching team and ability to work with various age groups. Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students and other staff members.
