MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social work, Organizational Leadership, or other related fields. Minimum of 18 months of experience working at the professional level with college students in a college setting.PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social work, Organizational Leadership, or other related fields. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working at the professional level with college students in a college setting.
