Position Overview Cornerstone Christian Academy is seeking a dynamic and dedicated leader to serve in a full-time dual role as Assistant Athletic Director and Volleyball Director. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Athletic Director in overseeing and strengthening the overall athletic program, followed by leading and developing the school's volleyball program. This role is more than a job—it is a ministry opportunity. The ideal candidate views athletics as a platform for discipleship, mentorship, and character development, modeling Christian values both on and off the court. Key Responsibilities Assistant Athletic Director (Primary Role): Support the Athletic Director in daily operations of the athletic department Assist with scheduling, event management, and program coordination Help ensure compliance with league and school policies Facilitate communication with coaches, parents, and staff Contribute to the overall growth and excellence of the athletic program Volleyball Director (Secondary Role): Oversee and develop all aspects of the volleyball program Coach and mentor student-athletes Plan practices, competitions, and player development Build a competitive, Christ-centered volleyball culture

Shared Responsibilities:

Disciple and mentor student-athletes in spiritual and personal growth Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and character development Support the mission and values of Cornerstone Christian Academy Qualifications Coaching and/or athletic administration experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills A clear commitment to Christian faith and the mission of CCA Passion for mentoring and developing high school students
