P01722 Qualifications Required Associate's Degree General Summary Responsible for data input and maintenance of the Registrar/Records college software modules. Processes records for new, current and returning students, and performs registration activities, including but not limited to transcripts, grades, registration, etc. Delivers assessment services on campus. Provides test proctoring for campus faculty. Interprets assessment results and advises students in choosing best option to address academic needs. Responsible for scheduling, compiling, and entering assessment data in the student information system. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Essential Functions Establishes and maintains information on the college student information system: i.e. registrations, grades, demographic information, transcripts, and duplicate records. Essential Functions Provides professional customer service to students, staff, and constituents at the counter and on the phone. Assist students in using CCC web site (login, registration, checking grades, etc.) Performs general office task and related duties as assigned Essential Functions Interpret academic policies and registration processes to students, staff, and constituents as needed. Ensures privacy as required by federal law and college policy. Essential Functions Performs proficient keyboarding skills and processing skills required to work with the student information system, college imaging software, WebCentral guidance, and other software products. Essential Functions Manages the Assessment center services to include pre-enrollment assessment services. Provides back up for other Student Services offices. Essential Functions Administers assessment, scores assessments, and interprets assessment results for students. Enters scores into the student information system and analyzes scores for appropriate placement into courses. Professionally communicates assessment results and options based on the assessment results. Essential Functions Obtains and maintains certification or qualification and is able to pass certification exams required by TEAS.
