  • Graduate Assistant Department Student Involvement Essential Functions This is a 12-month position for 2026-2027.
The Office of Student Leadership and Involvement (SLI) within the Division of Student Life and Wellbeing is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support essential functions in SLI, with a specific focus on supporting over 200 studentanizations, including all studentanizations representing the three tier system, Tier 1, 2, and 3. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing immediate support to studentanizations regarding event submissions and MavSync support. Assisting with tracking and updating studentanization registration and renewal processes. Assisting with developing and executing training for studentanization leadership, transition materials, and advisors. Other responsibilities as assigned. Work Schedule 20 hours per week. Varies and can include mornings, afternoon and/or evenings as well as potentially weekends. Additional Duties Other duties related to your appointment may be assigned in the course of your employment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Admission in good academic standing (not on probation) into UNO Graduate School in a graduate degree program Experience working in and/or leading a student groupanization. Knowledge of multiple social media platforms including and . Customer service, leadership, andanization experience. Strong written and oral communication skills.
