06/24/2026 Q ualifications: New Jersey Principal or School Administrator Certification required 3 years experience as a Director of Special Education preferred Strong working knowledge of special education law and experience with litigation Experience preparing and submitting mandated state and federal special education reports Expertise in special education programming, including autism and 18-21 year old services Responsible for planning and implementing successful community outreach opportunities including collaborating with SEPAG Available starting August 2026 Bergenfield Public School District seeks highly capable, proven professionals with strong commitment to serving the learning needs of all our students. Candidates must demonstrate ability to work successfully with individuals and groups from diverse educational, social, and ethnic backgrounds. Salary Range:
$125,000 - $191,000 Paid Sick, Personal and Vacation time included
