Position Summary Position Summary:
To provide office support and assistance primarily for General Services and secondarily for remaining support staff within the Administration Department. Professionalism is required for positively interacting and responding to students, campus staff, and incoming clientele. Knowledge is required regarding general and ongoing procedures and good judgment is required for responding to questions and referring students, campus staff and incoming clientele to proper sources. A high degree of confidentiality is required due to the handling of sensitive documents. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Experience with basic office equipment. Skills in database management, records maintenance, word processing and data entry. Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information. Ability to follow set standards for interpreting documents. Desire to busy and work independently. Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required.
