REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or possession of a high school equivalency diploma :or Two years of experience in a technology office atmosphere: or Equivalent combination of experience and training to indicate the ability to do the work. This position will be filled according to the Civil Service rules by a provisional appointment pending Civil Service examination.
LOCATION
Technology Department DUTIES Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining software and hardware inventory and processing paperwork. Uses computer operations such as spreadsheets, word processing, databases, calendar, financial and student management systems, or e-mail in performing work activities. Familiar with web-based applications. Furnishes routine information either in person, or via telephone. Customary duties associated with the position SALARY Salary will be determined according to the MECA Bargaining Unit Agreement
