Job Description

Position Title MS-HS Secretaries for Academic Summer School Required Application Type School Related Personnel Salary/Pay Scale $20/Hour Job Description The Ulster BOCES Academic Summer School Program is seeking energetic and upbeat professionals to work as Secretaries in our fast-paced summer school offices. Fingerprinting is required.
COMPENSATION
$20.00 per hour This is a non-benefited position.
WORK SCHEDULE
The program runs 4 days per week from July 1 to August 21, Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 am - 1:00 pm. Full commitment to the entirety of the program is necessary, including Regents days. Possible locations include Kingston, New Paltz, and Rondout School Districts.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Duties include supporting and interacting with students, parents, staff, and principals both in-person and by phone; coordinating the summer school office including set-up, providing reports, working with the student management system, organizing the receipt of and distribution of supplies, and the closing of the summer school office. All Civil Service laws, rules, and regulations apply. Fingerprinting required.
