We aim to be the dance family you've always wanted — and we're growing! We're seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate team member who can shine as a studio administrator. About the
Position:
This position is perfect for someone who loves teaching dance AND interested in building relationships with our current and future families. You'll play a vital role in studio admin operations, enrollment, and family communication. Applicants can expect to complete approximately 7-15 hours of administrative tasks (mostly Sundays and weeknights).
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the studio's "Director of First Impressions" — welcoming families, answering questions, and sharing information about programs.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and performance details.
  • Track and report key enrollment metrics (leads, trials, conversions, retention).
  • Manage studio databases, onboarding systems, and enrollment processes.
  • Support marketing, open houses, and community events
  • Assist with showcase logistics (costumes, volunteer coordination, backstage support).
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of administrative or office experience (dance studio or youth program experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and people skills.
  • Creative, energetic, positive, and patient.
  • Comfortable following systems and contributing ideas to improve them.
Bonus:
