We are seeking an experienced, highly professional, and student-focused Student Services Coordinator who will also oversee key Career Services responsibilities to support student success, graduate outcomes, and accreditation compliance. This is a full-time, on-campus position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment, has exceptional customer service skills, and understands the importance of compliance, accountability, and student retention in post-secondary education. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full student life cycle from orientation and program start through graduation and graduate follow-up Serve as the primary point of contact for student support needs, student concerns, and student engagement initiatives Provide outstanding customer service to students, graduates, faculty, and visitors Conduct student advisement meetings and assist with student retention efforts Coordinate attendance follow-up, student communication, and student success initiatives Assist students with graduation preparation and transition into employment Organize, coordinate, and oversee the school's graduation ceremony and related events Support Career Services activities including: Graduate follow-up Employment verification collection Employer outreach Placement tracking Career coaching and resume assistance Maintain accurate student and graduate records in accordance with school policies and accreditation standards Assist in ensuring the institution meets required accreditation benchmarks for placement, retention, and student outcomes Work collaboratively with Admissions, Financial Aid, Education, and Administration departments Participate in audits, accreditation preparation, and compliance initiatives Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive student-centered environment at all times Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience working in post-secondary education is preferred Previous experience in Student Services, Career Services, Registrar, Admissions, or Academic Operations preferred Exceptional customer service and communication skills required Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience working with accreditation standards and compliance preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email communication, and student management systems Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to build rapport with students while maintaining accountability and professionalism What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with: A positive and professional attitude Strong attention to detail Compassion balanced with accountability Excellent interpersonal skills The ability to create an exceptional student experience from enrollment through graduation and employment Schedule & Benefits Full-Time On-Campus Position Monday-Friday Schedule Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow within a mission-driven educational environment If you are passionate about helping students succeed and want to make a meaningful impact in education, we encourage you to apply.
