Position Introduction:
The Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences Student Success and Advising Center is seeking a student-focused and collaborative Academic Advisor to join its undergraduate student support team. At the University of Oklahoma, Academic Advisors play an essential role in supporting student achievement, engagement, and persistence toward graduation. Advisors assist students with degree planning, course sequencing, and understanding of university policies and academic requirements, while helping them identify resources and opportunities that support their educational and professional goals. The Dodge Student Success and Advising Center is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where students can thrive academically and personally. Academic Advisors work closely with students to provide accurate guidance, monitor academic progress, respond to student inquiries, and assist students in navigating university and college processes.
