Athletic Director (Building Site)
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Valid teacher certification. Proper coaching certification (OSSAA) Successful experience in the teaching, coaching, and supervisory fields. Such qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Building Principal Director of Student Services
JOB GOAL
To assist the Principal by providing leadership in Developing, achieving, and maintaining the best possible athletic programs and services.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for administering all interscholastic policies and procedures subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Athletic Association. Coaching evaluations and recommendation for extra duty assignments. Interviewing, evaluating, and recommendation of candidates for coaching assignments Responsible for the annual athletic budget and all financial requirements of the athletic program. Responsible for recommendations concerning athletic facilities and improvements. Responsible for development of all interscholastic schedules and contracts. Scheduling of athletic transportation and maintenance of on site transportation. Attending monthly booster club meetings and serving as the liaison to the Administration Coordination and approval of all athletic fundraising activities. Responsible for contracting game officials and working with sports commissioners. Interpretation of Board Policy, Rules and Regulations to coaches, athletes and parents. Resolving conflicts within the athletic department. Approval and ordering of athletic equipment and supplies. Coordination of game workers and supervision for all home events. Speaking engagements regarding the athletic program. Counseling of coaches and athletes. Coordinate insurance offerings to athletes. Conducting coaching seminars and orientations. Communication of OSSAA information, messages, memos and mail to the athletic staff. Evaluating game official's performances for the OSSAA. Enrollment of coaches in the Oklahoma Coaches Association and attendance at annual meetings. Completion of recruiting questionnaires and meeting with recruiters for potential scholarships. Set up and presiding over all signing dates and scholarship signing Attending the Metro Conference meetings and coordinating all rules and regulations of the conference. Arrangements for out-of-town and out-of-state travel, lodging, and meals. Acting as tournament manager for all invitational, conference, and playoff activities in their school. Coordination and scheduling the use of indoor and outdoor athletic facilities. Working with pom and cheerleading sponsors in the planning and administration of homecoming, performances, and clinics involving the use of athletic facilities. Submission of the publication of the All-State Program page. Responsible for the trophy cases, honor boards, and athletic banners. Maintaining all athletic season records and data. Scheduling of physicals for all sports through the Athletic Trainer and local doctors. Responsible for determining and enforcing scholastic eligibility rules to all parties. Working with the principal and activities director in coordination of pep assemblies. Completion of all request from the OSSAA regarding Academic Achievement Awards, Entry Forms and Rankings.
