Job Description

Pay Range:
Targeted pay up to $87,000 annually, depending on experience.

Position Introduction:
The Student Success Administrator provides strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for student services, student support operations, and student development programs within the OU College of Dentistry. This position is responsible for creating and enhancing a student-centered environment that promotes academic success, engagement, enrollment, retention, and overall well-being. The Administrator collaborates closely with Academic Affairs, faculty, and staff to develop and implement initiatives that support students throughout their educational journey. Through innovative programming, operational excellence, and a commitment to student success, the Administrator fosters a culture of belonging and achievement while strengthening lifelong connections between students, alumni, and the College. Required Education and Experience:
Master's degree. 36 months experience in management/supervisory and student support services.
Equivalency/Substitution:
Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree. Hiring Contingent Upon a
