United States Description Elementary School Building Principal to be an instructional leader to staff. Utilize the TLE Evaluation to evaluate certified staff. This position would work with approximately 275 students in grades PK-5. Must have effective communication skills, demonstrate an aptitude for teamwork and be dependable. Required Qualifications Current Oklahoma Certificate in Elementary Principalship. Preferred Qualifications TLE Certification, Training in MAP, Strong Readers Act and Google.
