Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead our educational institution with passion, strategic insight, and unwavering dedication. The Principal will serve as the chief leader responsible for fostering an inspiring learning environment, ensuring academic excellence, and managing all facets of school operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of education by implementing innovative curricula, cultivating a strong school community, and maintaining compliance with educational standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of K-12 education, and a commitment to childhood development and student success. Duties Provide strategic leadership by developing and executing long-term plans aligned with the school's mission and vision. Oversee curriculum development to ensure engaging, inclusive, and standards-aligned educational programs across all grade levels. Lead faculty recruitment, evaluation, professional development facilitation, and supervision to foster a high-performing teaching staff. Manage school budgets effectively, including managing funds for instructional resources, facilities, and personnel. Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, legal requirements—including special education law—and accreditation standards. Facilitate fundraising efforts and develop community partnerships to support school growth and sustainability. Promote a positive school culture through active engagement with students, staff, parents, and the wider community. Supervise school administrative functions such as enrollment management, student discipline policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance instructional leadership in education and improve childhood development outcomes. Conduct faculty evaluation processes and manage personnel management tasks within the scope of education administration. Requirements Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a School Director within a K-12 setting. Extensive background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom teaching experience. Strong knowledge of educational compliance regulations, including special education law and childhood development standards. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator or school leader. Experience in fundraising activities and developing strategic partnerships to support school initiatives. Skilled in personnel management, faculty evaluation, team leadership, and supervising school staff effectively. Excellent public speaking abilities coupled with strong management skills to motivate staff and engage stakeholders. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and experience working with students across various age groups. Ability to navigate legal aspects related to school operations while ensuring adherence to policies governing educational institutions.
