Full time, 12 month non-union bargaining unit position
Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma; Associate's Degree or beyond preferred. Advanced skills in using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Google Suite. Experience in PowerSchool is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Possession of or eligibility for appropriate certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Ability to communicate in American Sign Language - intermediate skill required; advanced skill desired. Careful attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent time management skills. Ability to operate general office equipment. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Works collaboratively with other Administrative Professionals. Highly dependable and flexible. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
Duties:
Coordinate calendars/schedule appointments, meeting reminders. Greets all incoming visitors and ensures that guests sign in/out as required. Receive and refer telephone/VP call as appropriate Email and formal correspondence to staff, families, etc. E-filing and filing. Maintains a variety of computerized and manual records, files, and department databases. Process forms and related paperwork Print out lesson plans Planning department events. Process and distribute (mail/email) letters and other correspondence Provide clerical support for various programs and departments.
