The role involves opening the center, sending emails, memos, and messages to staff and parents, attending weekly meetings, managing phone messages, keeping the office tidy and organized, completing daily paperwork, and handling both children's and staff records. Other duties include monitoring sign-in and sign-out for parents and staff, collecting and finalizing the weekly payment log, maintaining attendance records, tracking weekly inventory, and making sure the daycare stays compliant.
