School Director

We are seeking a dynamic team leader for our School Director position!

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily operations and school activities of school personnel in admissions, education, student services, front desk and administration. Provide leadership through strong team structure and communication Ensure that the education curriculum is implemented consistently Maintain and improve student attendance and retention Motivate team members through recognition and career development Achieve school goals and establish specific targets for budgeted student starts and placements Reports to the corporate office weekly on all school activity

Qualifications:

With 3-5 years of related experience Demonstrate proficiency in leadership and management Ability to train and motivate team members with respect, recognition and appreciation Willing to learn and exemplify The Beauty Institute culture, mission and vision Be a team player with a positive attitude Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferably with Bachelor Degree Previous school experience preferred but not required Salary commensurate with qualifications/experience ( $60K to $80K)
