To thrive in this role, applicants must be able to: Provide in-person and electronic customer service to students, staff, and visitors Assist with general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting guests Collect, organize, and enter data for reports and office records Perform basic data analysis and generate summary reports Process paperwork and assist with document shredding and filing Support special projects andplete other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Be enrolled in at least 3 credit for the Fall and Spring terms Must have GPA of 2.0 or higher 6 months to 3 years office/clerical experience Strongmunication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information\ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Position Details:

This recruitment is open to undergraduate students only. This position is located on the University of Alaska campus in Fairbanks. This is a part-time, student assistant position, starting rate of $12.52/ hr with summer housing discount or 15.26/hr without housing discount.
