Job Description

Music School Admin Encore Music Studios is a music lessons studio in Fort Mill, SC. We are a business looking for an administrator to handle scheduling, phone calls, and daily tasks. We are a family business and are looking for someone who is personable and good with kids.
Job Description:
The administrator will be in charge of greeting students and parents as they arrive for their lessons. The administrator will also handle scheduling, answering phone calls and inquiry emails, as well as daily tasks such as cleaning and setting up lesson rooms.
Qualifications:
Administrative experience is highly valued but not required. We will train you on the computer system we use for scheduling students. Must be able to work with children and adults of all ages. Must be able to answer phone calls and emails promptly and with professionalism. Knowledge of music and musical instruments will be highly valued. Must be able to work independently; must have excellent interpersonal skills; must have excellent communication skills; must have a high level of organization; must have high energy; must be able to adapt quickly to change; must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type:
Part-Time with a possibility of Full-time in the future. Hours will be ~5-9 on select Weekdays and Saturday's at our Tega Cay location.

From $18.00 per hour
