Job Duties Assist in strengthening the program's efforts to provide support services essential for LMU-CVM student well-being Guide and provide resources to increase feelings of student belonging, engagement, and well-being Offer personalized academic advising to academically at-risk students Create specialized study plans for students. Supervise the OPCVM Tutorial Program Measure student progress through graduation Oversee early intervention for academically at-risk students. Assist with clinical year student success plans. Assist in developing and implementing student academic success programs. Strengthen academic support services for OPCVM student success and NAVLE passage Develop initiatives for learning and retention Support curricular review and improvement strategies. Promote Lincoln Memorial University's mission to all stakeholders. Foster effective relationships among faculty, staff, and students Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students Participate on university committees Support student recruitment efforts.
