Three to five years' experience as executive secretary preferred Strong organizational skills in coordinating details, maintaining information and records are essential ability tow ork under pressure while managing multiple priorities Advanced computer/keyboarding skills, including Windows 2000, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong business writing skills. Job Duties Provides clerical support for the principal to assure efficient operation of this office. Greets visitors, students and employees, both in person and on the phone, to assess and meet their needs. Prepares and processes correspondence, reports and other required paperwork. Works cooperatively and interacts efficiently with other school departments. Obtains, gathers, and organizes data as needed and puts it into usable forms. Maintains a regular filing system including confidential employee files. Operates computers, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines. Performs other dutes as assigned.
