Primary Purpose:
Implement the special education ARD/IEP process. Provide information and work cooperatively with instructional personnel to provide the most appropriate programs for students with disabilities. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements of the ARD/IEP process.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university Valid Texas teaching certificate or license related to special education
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of ARD procedures and special education rules and regulations Ability to use a variety of computer software programs Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Three years of experience in special education
Salary:
Teacher/10.5 Months
