Job Description

About Us:
Eye Level Learning Center is a global leader in supplemental education, providing personalized Math and English programs to students from pre-K to high school. Our mission is to foster a love for learning and help students reach their full potential. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Office Admin to oversee the daily operations of our learning center and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing the center. Handle student enrollment, maintain accurate records, and track attendance. Schedule classes and coordinate with instructors to ensure proper coverage. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries from parents and prospective clients. Maintain office supplies and ensure the center is clean and organized. Perform inventory management.
Customer Relations:
Greet parents and students, providing exceptional customer service. Address parent concerns and provide updates on student progress when needed. Schedule parent consultations with instructors or the Center Director.
Team Support:
Coordinate with instructors to ensure lesson plans and materials are prepared. Ensure smooth communication between staff and management. Perform grading of student's booklets.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills. Prior experience in an administrative, office management, or customer service role preferred. Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to creating a welcoming environment.
