PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Principal shall plan, direct and supervise the elementary and middle school programs and perform related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education/Certification:

Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree in Education

Principal's Certification Special Knowledge/Skills:

Must possess and maintain proper certification as established by state law and the TEA Must be aware of current trends and developments in education Must possess related training and/or experience Must possess leadership qualities, and must meet any additional qualifications set by the district.

Minimum Experience:

3 years classroom teaching experience

Salary Range:

Commiserate with experience Employee only health coverage, Life, LTD provided Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Cancer, STD available 457 match up to 3% of salary
