Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective operations
• Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum and educational programs
• Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with management to establish goals and objectives for the organization
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education administration
• Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other events

Experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in education administration or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Experience in supervising staff members and managing teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets effectively
• Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices
• Experience working with students, understanding their needs and challenges
• Excellent strategic planning skills to set goals and achieve desired outcomes
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
