Qualifications:
Master's degree in educational administration Texas principal or other appropraite Texas certificate Certified T-TESS appraiser 5 years experience as a classroom teacher At least 2 years administrative experience preferred Major responsibilities & duties: Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
