Description/Notes:
Primary Purpose:
Direct and manage assigned areas of instructional program and campus operations. Oversee assigned student activities and services.
General Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Regularattendance andpunctuality
  • Supportandalignworkwiththemission, vision, and beliefs of the District.
  • FollowandsupportBoardPolicies in areas of related responsibility.
  • EnsureDistrict resources are managed effectively to maximize resources for student learning.
  • Shareinthedevelopmentandimplementation of District success plans.
  • Activelyparticipate in ongoing development to improve work quality and District contribution.
  • Modelintegrity, work ethic, and professionalism as a suitable example for PBT-ISD students.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Master's degree Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of campus operations Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Excellent organizational,munication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Three-years experience as a classroom teacher
Salary Range:
