Alianza Preschool , The Woodlands location is searching for a dedicated and qualified director to lead our vibrant Spanish immersion program, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and centered on emotional education. We strive to serve families in our community by creating a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. As the Preschool Director, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages children to explore, create, and thrive. Your role will include maintaining our school facility, managing staff members, and overseeing financial affairs.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). Significant experience in early childhood education Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for education Intermediate proficiency with educational technology platforms and school management systems.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Sales & Marketing Represent the school during tours, enrollment meetings, and family interviews, effectively communicating Alianza Preschool's educational philosophy, Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, and Spanish immersion program. Maintain timely and organized follow-up with prospective families, inquiries, and enrollment processes. Support enrollment goals by maintaining optimal occupancy levels in accordance with franchise guidelines. Collaborate in local marketing initiatives, community outreach events, and school promotional activities. Protect and promote the school's professional image while ensuring consistency between the educational experience and the school's value proposition. Customer Service & Family Relations Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families through clear, respectful, and consistent communication. Oversee the appropriate use of the school's official communication channels, including email, Procare, conferences, and parent meetings. Respond promptly to family concerns, document and follow up on sensitive situations, and resolve conflicts with professionalism while adhering to company policies. Foster a collaborative partnership between families and the school that promotes trust, engagement, and a strong sense of community. Educational Leadership Supervise the implementation of Alianza Preschool's curriculum and educational approaches, including Reggio Emilia, Positive Discipline, and Emotional Education. Observe classrooms, coach teachers, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous professional growth. Ensure that learning environments, classroom routines, materials, and educational experiences reflect the school's educational philosophy and quality standards. Identify academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns requiring specialized support, coordinating with Alianza Franchising's Curriculum and Social-Emotional Support teams to ensure appropriate follow-up. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with the Texas Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers, Texas Rising Star (TRS), DFPS regulations, and all applicable licensing requirements. Monitor classroom ratios, staff certifications, mandatory training, and licensing requirements to maintain continuous compliance. Ensure the consistent implementation of policies related to health, safety, child supervision, discipline, child welfare, and mandatory reporting. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for licensing inspections, audits, and internal reviews. Administration & Operations Lead all aspects of school operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations. Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, classroom coverage, and daily operational needs. Manage school facilities, resources, and materials while maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. Oversee administrative processes, including student records, attendance, reporting, and compliance with internal operational procedures.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
