New Lebanon Local Schools The New Lebanon Local School District Board of Education is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Middle School Assistant Principal. Qualifications Valid State of Ohio Principal's License. A clear record as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Responisibilities Responsible for the organization and management of all school personnel, programs, and services under the direction of the Principal. Execute the policies and administrative directives of the board of education according to Ohio Administrative Rules and Ohio Revised Code. Provide staff leadership to carry out competency-based educational programs. Evaluate the ability of the instructional program to meet the learning needs of all students. Oversee proficiency testing programs, student discipline, PBIS initiatives, and attendance interventions. Work in collaboration with the district athletic director to administer middle school athletics. In collaboration with the principal and school staff, provide leadership for Dixie Middle School.
