Qualifications & Experience:
Valid teaching certification appropriate for K-6 grades, or eligibility to obtain one Experience with or enthusiasm for multi-grade classrooms Strong background in general education subjects (math, reading, science, social studies) Ability to foster an inclusive classroom that honors cultural heritage and language Excellent communication and classroom management skills Flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit
