JOB DESCRIPTION

Dance Teacher Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in dance or physical education

Alabama Teacher's Certification Duties and Responsibilities:

Create a dance program and classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth Establish effective rapport with students Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation Participate in school-related activities that enhance teacher, student, parent, and community relations Analyze different data sources in making data-driven decisions for instruction Develops a regular practice schedule and organizes practice time to provide both individual and team development Follows established procedures in the event of an injury
