Teacher (Growth Track) | Flourish Schools | Greater Phoenix Area $45,000 - $65,000 About Flourish Flourish is a growing network of private microschools in the Greater Phoenix area serving students in grades 3-8. We are small, intentional, and different from most schools you have worked in or attended. Our classrooms are built around Relationships, SuperPowers, Passions, and Foundations, and we measure success by whether kids are growing, engaged, and developing the skills they will actually need. The Role We are hiring a teacher who wants to grow and do meaningful work. You will co-teach with a partner, build close relationships with students and their families, and help shape what learning looks like at one of our Phoenix-area locations. This is also a role with a real career path. Flourish is expanding, and we promote from within. If you have the instincts and the drive, there is a clear route to lead teacher as we grow. What We Are Looking For Years of experience matter less to us than who you are as a person. We are looking for someone who is warm, adaptable, and genuinely invested in kids, not just content.

Specifically:

You connect easily with students and their families and people tend to gravitate toward you You can lead a classroom and earn the trust of a room full of middle schoolers You handle change without much friction, because things shift here and that is part of the job You are motivated by student growth, not just lesson delivery Valid Arizona teaching license (or the ability to obtain one) Any experience with project-based or personalized learning is a bonus Compensation Base salary ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 depending on experience.
